Answer:
There is no copy button or control like you would see in Windows Explorer, instead you will need to follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have created a custom playlist list (using the Playlists | Customize menu)
2. Open the Customize Playlist UI (Playlists | Customize menu)
3. Under 'Source Menu' select the playlist you want to copy
4. Click the [+] button to create a new playlist
5. Drag the Media you want from the original playlist into the new playlist.
