Description:
If you originally installed Guru and registered on the
HowDoYouGuru.com website with one Serial Number and then a Sales or Support person gave you a different Serial Number to use with Guru, all of your existing CEP Animations as well as any new ones downloaded from the website will no longer play.
Cause:
CEP Animations are 'keyed' to a specific user by Serial Number. If that Serial Number is changed in Guru but not on the
HowDoYouGuru.com website the keys will not match and the animations will be disabled.
Solution:
In order to fix this, you will need to contact
Guru Support and have them update your account on
HowDoYouGuru.com with your new Serial Number.
Support Reminder:
Sales and Support should almost never change a users Serial Number. In most cases simply clearing the uses unlocks will allow them to reuse the Serial Number after reinstalling or changing servers.
