Cause:
If a previous install attempt failed and had to be rolled back, Installshield has a bug that willl leave our .xml configuration files marked as read-only. That causes the next install attempt to display this error for each of our config files (there are two of them).
Work Around:
This error message has either an [Ignore] or [Skip] option. Use this option for both of the config files and the installation will contine.
Note:
You will still need to address the original error that caused the rollback or it will happen again after you bypass these two errors.
