Description:
Some users are unable to print from inside the Print Preview UI. These users are still able to print correctly using the standard printing menu.
Affected Guru Versions:
Guru 3.1 - 4.0.12
Cause:
This issue is currently under review by our quality and development teams.
Workaround:
Exit the Print Preview UI and use the normal print button. (Example - Use the File | Print menu to open the Print UI then press the Print button.)
