Description:
After entering in your email and password and pushing Download Available Content, the files begin to download. Then after the files are downloaded, they don't show up in the Playlist Menu.
Solution:
You cannot use your cellular phone connection (3G) to download the Guru content. Unfortunately, most cell phone providers limit the amount you can download per day—which limit is less than what you need to download Guru.
The way around this limitation is to use a Wi-Fi connection. In your iPad settings, manually turn-off the cell phone connection (users report that the iPad will automatically switch to the 3G connection even after selecting their Wi-Fi connection, so make sure you turn-off the 3G connection).
You also will need to uninstall the Guru App and then re-download it. After reinstalling, open the Guru App and enter in your store account email and password.
Verify that the iPad is connecting through your Wi-Fi connection: look in the top left corner (when the Guru App is open) and verify that you see the text “iPad” and NOT “AT&T” (or whatever cell phone provider you have).
