Guru 4.1 Server Instructions
On the server!
1. Start >>> All Programs >>> Guru >>> REI State Viewer
2. Click the ‘Guru’ tab
3. In the list of “Installed Animations” look for “oralcancerdetection2”
4. Click “Delete Selected”
5. Click “Force Synch”
6. Wait for about 30 seconds while the synch process is restarted. Then a message box will appear. Click “OK” and then exit “REI State Viewer”.
7. About 5 minutes after you re-starting the synch process the unlocked video will be downloaded and ready.
Guru 4.0 and below Server Instructions
On the server!
1. Navigate to the folder your Guru server software is installed in, usually
“C:\Program Files\Guru\Server\”
2. Open up the “Manifest” folder.
3. Find and delete the file named “oralcancerdetection2_manifest.xml”
4. Close that window.
5. Click “Start” >>> Right-click “Computer” >>> Click “Manage”
6. Double-click “Services and Applications”
7. Click “Services”
8. Find “REISynch Service Manager” in the list of services, click on it and then click restart in the side panel.
9. After the “REISynch Service Manager” has restarted go ahead and close this window.
10. About 5 minutes later, possibly longer depending on your internet connection the “Chemiluminescent Oral Cancer Detection” video will be available for usage on your Guru System
