Description:
This issue occurs when the Guru client is started before the database has been started. When Guru is opened the error message, "Guru has connected successfully to the Guru Server but cannot connect to the database." will be displayed and a SQL Timeout error will be added into the Server Error Log.
Solution:
Wait a few minutes after reboot before starting Guru. If you get the Database Connection Error press the 'Exit' button and wait several seconds before trying to open Guru again.
