None of the animations have sound

Description:
This issue can happen when the sound on the machine is disabled, additionally only a select few animations come with sound and it may be difficult to tell which ones have sound and which ones do not. To troubleshoot this issue follow these steps:

Step 1:
Identify if this machine can play sound through QuickTime.

1. Close the Guru Application
2. Download a QuickTime movie from the internet -- Right click and save to Desktop: (http://www.esm.psu.edu/Faculty/Gray/graphics/movies/1984.mov)
3. Double click the movie to play in QuickTime.
4. Verify you can hear sound.
5. If you can not hear sound, check your volume, speakers and consult your support staff.
6. Once you can hear the sound on this video, then move to Step 2.

Step 2:
Verify you are playing an Animation that contains sound. If you notice only animations with a little 'speaker' icon contain sound, all the other animations are silent.

1. Open Guru
2. Select the 'Guru Jr.'
3. Play the Brusher Bailey Animation.
4. If you can not hear sound then contact Technical Support for Assistance in troubleshooting.
