Description:
Most Animations inside of Guru are copy protected, this is done via a public key and a private unlock code. The unlock is stored on your machine and if it is lost or corrupted all of your Guru animations will exhibit this issue. A similar issue can occur when you reinstall and your Enhancement Plan content becomes out of synch.
Solution:
All of these issues will require a support technicians help in resolving. You will need to be in front of your Guru server machine when you call so we can fix the problem.
